A young sloe gin, using sloe berries harvested by the good folk of Pipley Bottom Farm, rested for six months on a gin base distilled with a mix of warming Christmas spices. Expect fresh red berries and cherries in the mouth, followed by cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg on the finish. Our sloe gin can be sipped neat or mixed with tonic water, garnished with lemon or orange.
