Looking to treat your team, entertain clients, or simply gather a group of gin lovers for something a little different? Our private and corporate gin tastings are the perfect way to unwind, learn, and enjoy a taste of Bristol’s best small-batch spirits.
Hosted in our dedicated tasting room at The Rummer, each session is guided by one of our expert team who will take you through a range of our gins, their ingredients, flavours, and the stories behind them. Expect plenty of laughs, a relaxed atmosphere, and a few surprises along the way.
Maximum Numbers:
We can host up to 40 guests at our distillery, but if you are looking for a larger event, we are able to utilise one of our partner venues with much higher capacities.
What is provided:
You will be presented with a beautifully garnished gin and tonic on entry and move on to sample five gins that are either local to Bristol or exceptional in their production. Tonic water and mixers are provided.
We also have a great selection of non-alcoholic spirits for those who would prefer not to drink alcohol. Please let us know, when booking, if someone from your party would like the non-alcoholic option.

Tasting dates and times:
Our private and corporate tastings usually last up to 2 hours, and can be arranged at most times and days of the week. Drop us an email with some numbers and suggested times, and we will do our utmost to accommodate.
