To mark the Feast of St John, celebrated annually on the 24th of June, we've created a limited-edition gin diluted with water drawn from the historic St John's Conduit—Bristol’s medieval water supply dating back to 1267. Once a lifeline to the city and a symbol of civic resilience, the conduit still flows today beneath the streets of Bristol.
This release also honours St John the Baptist, the prophet and baptiser whose feast day has long been associated with midsummer, water, purification, and renewal—echoing the ancient purpose of the conduit itself.
In celebration of this remarkable legacy, we’ve brought a drop of history into each bottle, blending tradition, celebration, and local heritage in every sip.
This small-batch release offers a truly unique taste of Bristol’s past—crafted to celebrate a timeless tradition.
