Join us in celebrating the end of the harvest season and the start of winter with our Samhain Edition gin, inspired by different elements of the Celtic festival- 

• Smoke, representing protection, cleansing and the connection between the mortal and spirit worlds.
• Apples, representing immortality, fertility, and the years' bounty.
• Honey, an offering to spirits, acting as a way to appease and honour the dead and protect the living.

Cold Infusion:

• Granny Smith Apples, 
• Fresh Apple Juice,
• Manuka Honey

Distilled Classic Botanicals:

• Juniper Berry, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root.

Distilled Citrus:

• Fresh Lemon Peel

Distilled Dried Botanicals:

• Lapsang Souchong,
• Black Cardamom,
• Toasted Clove,
• Black Pepper,
• Hibiscus Flower

• Classic tonic water, garnished with apple and lemon.
