While inspired by the classic Ron Miel of the Canary Islands, our version is bottled at 37.5%vol, offering a more robust flavour. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or mix as a cocktail. A Honey Rum Sour is our personal fave, where the rum’s sweetness balances beautifully with citrus and cocktail bitters.
