Crafted in small batches at our central Bristol micro-distillery, Port of Bristol Honey Rum is a unique blend of Caribbean rum, honey, and vanilla. While inspired by the classic Ron Miel of the Canary Islands, our version is bottled at 37.5%vol, offering a more robust flavour. Enjoy it neat, over ice or mix as a cocktail. A Honey Rum Sour is our personal fave, where the rum’s sweetness balances beautifully with citrus and cocktail bitters.

Absolutely delicious! After going to the rummer a few times and faving this I wanted this for my collection. Bloody love this, screw cap is a bit of a disappointment on a £35 bottle of rum.
