Port of Bristol Honey Rum, is a blend of rums, local honey and botanicals, made in small batches in our craft micro-distillery in central Bristol.
it is made in the style of Ron Miel from the Canary islands, but at a much more punchy 37.5%.
This honey rum can be enjoyed neat or over ice, but also loves to be mixed into your favourite rum cocktail. A particular favourite of ours is a Honey Rum Sours, where the sweetness of the rum balances beautifully with the citrus and bitters.
I just love this honey rum, it's like having an cream liqueur but without the cream, so smooth and easy to drink just on the rocks.

Absolutely delicious! After going to the rummer a few times and faving this I wanted this for my collection. Bloody love this, screw cap is a bit of a disappointment on a £35 bottle of rum.
