Join us in celebrating the end of the harvest season and the start of winter with our Samhain Edition gin, inspired by different elements of the Celtic festival-
- Smoke, representing protection, cleansing and the connection between the mortal and spirit worlds.
- Honey, an offering to spirits, acting as a way to appease and honour the dead and protect the living.
- Apples, representing immortality, fertility, and the years' bounty.
Cold Infusion:
- Granny Smith Apples,
- Fresh Apple Juice,
- Manuka Honey
Distilled Classic Botanicals:
- Juniper Berry, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root.
Distilled Citrus:

- Lapsang Souchong,
- Toasted Clove,
- Black Pepper,
- Hibiscus Flower
Mixing suggestion:
- Classic tonic water, garnished with apple and lemon.
